THE POWER OF 9
Over the past week The Star newspaper had captions of the number "nine" in various places of the newspaper eg. The cat has 9 lives, Beethovan's 9 Symphoney, 9 hole golf course, etc etc..
We were all wondering what is so great about this 9 when today's paper gave us the answer.
Apparantly the Star was born on the 9th of September 1971 (9-9-1971). If you add up the numbers 9+9+1+9+7+1 = 36 and adding 3 + 6 gives you 9 (NINE).
Today is also my eldest sister's Birthday. She turns 57. Happy birthday Achee. May you have a good life.
